The €700,000 funding supports the group leader position and initial group setup for an independent research programme in coherent control, high-bandwidth photonic systems, and quantum-enhanced measurement.
Developed squeezed-light sources and quantum-enhanced measurement techniques for gravitational-wave detectors at the Centre for Gravitational Astrophysics.
